摘 要:在常规胍胶压裂液基础上,通过优选无机盐类加重剂,对胍胶压裂液进行了加重技术研究,加重密度在1.12-1.22g/cm3之间可调,从而增大了液柱压力,有效降低了施工井口压力,确保了压裂施工的顺利实施。同时对加重后胍胶压裂液高温流变性、破胶性及粘土稳定性和对支撑辅砂层的伤害进行了评价,阐述了加重压裂液的选择应根据储层的压力系数和盐敏程度确定加重压裂液的密度。该技术现场应用8井次,共用加重压裂液3210m3,减少井口压力10-30%,施工成功率100%,压后增产效果良好。Along with domestic high density of oil-gas reservoirs fracturing,using current technology and equipment can not implement fracturing operation.Based on the conventional guanidine gum fracturing fluid,through the optimization of inorganic weighting agent and the weighting technology's research of guanidine gum fracturing fluid,the density of weighted fracturing fluid can be adjusted between 1.12-1.22 g/cm3.Through aggravating density of fracturing fluid to increase fluid column pressure to reduce the well head pressure,thus ensuring the success of the fracturing operation.Meanwhile,we have evaluated the rheologic behaviour of high temperature,breaking property,clay stabilization,the damage to proppant-filling beds,and expounded that the selection of weighted fracturing fluid should be accorded to the reservoir pressure coefficient and salt sensitivity to determine the density of weighted fracturing fluid.This technology has been apllied in 8 wells in Tahe oilfield,Xinjiang Province,The total usage of weighted fracturing fluid is 3210m3.Due to the high-density weighted fracturing fluid,the head well pressure can be reduced by 10%-30%,and the job success ratio was up to 100%,thus achieving a good stimulation effectiveness.
