普光气田集输系统腐蚀挂片脱落原因解析

摘　　要：普光气田含高硫化氢及二氧化碳,又加身居山区,腐蚀介质对地面集输管道和设备安全构成极大威胁。腐蚀挂片是普光气田集输管道腐蚀监测的重要手段。自从投产以来集输管线上设置的腐蚀挂片多次出现脱落、弯曲、甚至断裂等情况,研究得知主要为夹杂单质硫的气流压力与流量波动冲击引起的。为此采用了机械固定、减小气流压力、流量的波动、对气流夹带的单质硫进行处理等方法得到了有效的处理。The Puguang gas field with high content of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide is in mountainous area.Corrosive medium case a pose a great threat to the surface gathering pipeline and equipment security.Corrosion coupon is an important means of.corrosion monitoring to gathering and transportation pipeline in Puguang gas field.Since production,the pipeline corrosion coupon repeated shedding,bending,and even rupture and so on,Result of research is that mainly becausethe rush.ofpressure and flow fluctuations of the gas with elemental sulfur.For this,The method of mechanical fixing,reduce the air flow pressure,flow rate fluctuations,the entrainment of elemental sulfur processing we used has an effective treatment.
