摘　　要：加快建立以企业为主体的技术创新体系,对于增强企业的竞争力和持续发展能力具有十分重要的意义。本文从系统的角度阐述了企业技术创新体系的涵义以及建立以企业为主体的技术创新体系的内容,并提出了有关对策措施。To accelerate the speed of setting up a technical innovation system, which takes the enterprise as the core, bears a great significonce for strengthening the competence and the consecutive development of the enterprise. This article systematically expounds the connotation of this system and the content about establishing this system.moreover,it advances some counter measures and ways to deal with some matters about the system.
