摘　　要：介绍了目前合同能源管理国内外发展现状及市场运作优势。针对冶金行业铅锌冶炼燃烧系统综合节能技术改造,分析其节能能力、经济与环保效益,对技术和财务进行风险评估,为更好地推广合同能源管理提出了相关建议。The development situation and market operation advantage of energy management contract in abroad and domestic were introduced.Aiming at the comprehensive energy-saving technical transformation of combustion system for Pb and Zn smelting,the energy-saving capability,economic and environmental benefits were analyzed,the risk assessment of technology and finance were carried on.Thus,some reasonable suggestions were put forward to expand the application of energy management contract.
