摘　　要：结合沉管灌注桩施工工艺,针对桩在定额计价模式和清单计价模式下的工程量计算内容、计算规则和计价特点进行研究,剖析这类桩在工程计量与计价过程中的难点、容易出现的错漏点以及注意事项。Combining the construction technology of pipe sinking cast-in-place pile,the calculation rules of engineering measurement and calculating cost are discussed,based on scope of works list valuation mode and quota valuation mode.More importantly,the difficult points and errors and omissions are analyzed in the course of engineering measurement and calculating cost of this kind of piles.
