摘　　要：通过广州中海橡园国际项目建筑消防设计实践和研究,从建筑消防疏散设计、防火分隔、建筑高度确认等方面对高层商住楼建筑消防设计常见问题进行分析,提出消防设计难点及解决思路,为其它项目设计提供借鉴。This article based on the fire protection design and research of Guangzhou Zhonghai Oaks International project.By analyzing the building fire evacuation design,fire separation design,building height to confirm and other aspects,present the fire design difficulties and solutions,and offer reference for the other designs.
