摘　　要：超期服役建筑物往往在结构体系、构造措施以及耐久性病害方面存在很多问题,给建筑物的正常使用带来较大的安全隐患。文中以一栋超期服役建筑物的加固改造工程为例,介绍了对此类工程的结构体系进行合理化改造的设计思路以及具体加固方法的应用,该工程处理的问题在超期服役建筑物中具有一定的普遍性,可为同类问题的处理提供参考。The extended service buildings often have a lot of problems in structure systems,structural measures and durability,which bring safety loopholes to the normal use of the buildings.This paper takes the reinforcement and reconstruction project of a extended service building for example,introduces the design ideas of the rationalization transformation in such structural system,and also introduces the reinforcement method in the transformation of the structural system.The engineering issues of extended service buildings have certain universality,which can provide a reference for the handling of the similar problems.
