摘　　要：对渤海银行业务综合楼的结构方案选型、抗震性能设计和抗震构造措施以及抗风设计等进行了全面的介绍,并对设计中遇到的细长柱等关键技术问题提出了解决办法,最后针对本工程的超限情况采取了相应的加强措施。The paper comprehensively introduces structure design of the structural scheme selection,performance-based seismic design,seismic fortification measure and details of seismic design as well as wind-resistant design for the Bohai Bank Office Building.It puts forward practicable solving method for some key issues and measures in the design of slender columns through the practice of this project,which greatly strengthens the corresponding measures and solutions to this structure of out-of-code events.
