摘　　要：克拉2中央处理厂采用低温脱水脱烃工艺处理天然气,通过对管壳式、板翅式和螺旋管式这三种结构形式的比较,确定低温分离工艺预冷器选用固定管板式换热器。在装置运行过程中出现预冷器低温结蜡的问题,通过对问题的分析,采取了相应的措施来解决这些问题。The central treatment plant of kela2 gas field adopts low temperature technology to separate the water and condensate oil in the gas.We choose the fixed tube-sheet exchanger after comparation.At the same time,the wax arises in the exchanger because of low temperature.The article introduces some measures to solve these problem after analysis.
