摘 要:用于砂岩储层的基质酸化采用的酸液大多是含有HF的酸液体系。氢氟酸快速地与黏土反应,活性酸有效作用距离短达不到储层深部,同时还会产生二次、三次沉淀,不利于保护岩矿的胶结和防止酸化过程中的储层伤害。通过实验室研究提出一种新的酸液体系——氟化氢铵缓速酸(AHF)酸液体系。由实验室的AHF酸液体系酸度曲线及AHF酸度曲线应用于砂岩酸化的可行性分析表明:AHF缓慢释放出氢氟酸,酸度变化较小,降低了酸岩的反应速度,增大了有效作用距离,AHF酸液体系还具有一定的缓蚀性,较常规土酸更具有砂岩酸化优势。Most acid solution system for acidization of sandstone hydrocarbon zone contains hydrofluoric acid.Hydrofluoric acid can react with clay quickly,The effective distance of acid solution is too short for active acid to reach deeper reservoir.and the reaction will cause seconda-ry and tertiary precipitation simultaneously,which is not conducive to protecting the cementation of rock and mineral and preventing reservoirs' damage in the process of acidification..In this paper,a new acid solution system-ammonium bifluoride retarded acid solution system-has been put forward through experimental study.Feasibility assessment of applying the acidity curves of AHF and the AHF system to sandstone acidization shows that AHF can release slowly.the hydrofluoric acid with a small change of acidity,lower the reaction speed of acid-rock,and increase the effective distance.It possesses a certain corrosion inhibition so that corrosion inhibitor can be reduced during acidization.Therefore,AHF is more advantageous than conventional mud acid in sandstone acidization.
