摘  要:大型原油储罐罐底积水的排放一直采用人力手工开启、关闭排水阀门来实现,此传统排水方式对罐中油品净化质量、罐周安全环保影响很大,且排水现场需要人值守,费时费力。为此,对排水系统进行改进,改传统人力手工排水为自动控制排水,提高了原油储罐污水排放的精确可靠性,满足生产需要的同时也避免了石油资源的流失,保护了罐区周边的环境,效果良好。The drainage of the oil-bearing wastewater at the bottom of the large-scale crude oil tank is usually realized by manually controlling the draining valves.This way as a negative effect on the crude oil dehydrated in tank is to have to stare the valve at all times,which causes a large burden to the workers.Therefore,it is necessary to ameliorate the draining system by automatically commanding means taking the place of manual type.The new way not only met the requirements of the practical production by improving the precision and reliability of controlled system,also decreased the crude oil resource wastage and protected the environment around the oil tank.
