低压易漏井提高地层承压能力的研究

摘  要:对于低压易漏地层,安全钻井的关键是建造高质量的人工井壁,提高井壁的承压能力。为了保证钻井的顺利进行以及高质量的固井质量要求,必须先提高地层的承压能力。承压能力的提高需综合考虑地层情况、堵漏工艺水平,从而对固井质量的要求及固井工艺水平进行合理地确定。本文根据克拉美丽滴西地区地层井漏的特点,分析了漏失原因,以滴西19井为例进行了提高地层承压能力技术研究,结合现场的实际应用,提出了低压易漏地层安全钻井的技术措施。As for the formations,the key of safety drilling is to build the arti ficial wall with high quality,and improve the pressure bearing ability of the wall.In order to guarantee the harmony of the well drilling and high-qualitywell cementati on quality requirement,we must improve the ability of bearing pressure of the stratum first.The improvement of ability of bearing pressure must consult and follow stratum situation,technol ogical level of sealing,cement quality requirement and well cementati on technol ogical level.Those must carry on rational determinati on.This paper analyses the reason of loss on the basis of the stratum loss feature in the area of Carat beautiful and makes the technical research of increasing the ability of stratum pressurization by Di-xi 19 well as an example,which accumulates the experience for sealing the marine split developing stratum.
