摘 要:抽油机能耗是构成采油成本的主要项目之一,也是影响油田经济开发效益的关键因素,提高油井机采系统效率,是一项节能降耗,提高经济效益的做法。文明寨油田是一个老油田,2007年底开井油井数达到241口,油田平均机采系统效率26.8%,其中地层供液能力差、能量低的油井有近50口,低能井的平均系统效率只有9.4%,低于油田平均水平较大;油田响应国家提出的节能减排工作号召,针对影响机采系统效率的各种因素,经过研究,采取了多种技改措施和对策,取得了明显的技术改造效果,文明寨油田的机采系统平均运行效率逐年提高,2009年底达到平均33.7%,节能降耗效果显著。Energy consumption of beam-pumping unit is one of oil production cost,and also is key factor that affect Oil field economic development benefit,so improving beam-pumping unit system efficiency is a behavior of energy conservation and improving economic benefit.Wenmingzhai Oil field is a old Oil field,there are 241 product oil wells until the end of 2007,the average beam-pumping unit efficiency is 26.8%,about 50 of 241 product oil wells are low feed flow,low energy.The average beam-pumping unit efficiency of these low energy wells is only 9.4%,out and away under the Oil field average.Respond our country Energy saving and emission reduction policy,we study all kinds infactors of affecting beam-pumping unit system efficiency,adopt a system technical reform and achieve distinct effect.The average beam-pumping unit efficiency of Wenmingzhai Oil field improve by year and is 33.7% until end of 2009,the energy saving effect is very good.
