摘　　要：针对包钢高炉煤气洗涤水结垢、腐蚀运行实践,分析并研究煤气洗涤水结垢腐蚀的原因,对煤气洗涤水提出控制措施,可以有效降低设备腐蚀速率和结垢速度,以延长设备的使用寿命和使用效率。So for the scaling,corrosion,operation practice of the blast furnace gas washing water in Baotou Iron and Steel Company,we analyse and research the causes of the gas washing water scaling and corrosion,proposing the control measures on the washing water gas.All of these can reduce the corrosion rate and the scaling rate of device and extend the equipment life and efficiency.
