摘　　要：针对H型钢冷床在高温段运行中存在的变形扭钢问题展开研究,对步进梁冷床齿条进行改进,提高步进梁冷床齿条运行过程中的稳定性,克服了型钢冷却中的扭曲现象,提高了产品的合格率和生产效率。The steel twist problem of H-beam cold bed in operation of the high temperature section is studied.The walking beam rack bars of cold bed are improved to increase stability of the walking beam rack bars of cold bed in operation.The twist phenomenon in cooling of profile steel has been overcome.Qualification rate and production efficiency of the products have been increased.
