摘　　要：介绍了马钢新区焦化系统原设计操作站和2010年10月份进行改造与升级后新的操作站总体情况,以及施工改造过程中的准备工作。针对新操作站建立后生产组织形式与设备维护等相关方面发生的变化进行了细致分析与评价。改造后的集控室运行平稳、高效。The old center control room of the coking system in the newly-built area of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd was rebuilt and upgraded in October 2010.The overall situation of the new center control room is presented.The preparation work for the rebuilding is described.The changes in production organization form and equipment maintenance after establishment of the new center control room are analyzed and evaluated in detail.The new center control room runs smoothly and effectively.
