摘　　要：通过分析危化品安全标准化管理系统的10个要素,确定管理信息系统的主要目标及使用的关键技术特点,建立了危化品安全标准化管理信息系统的10个功能模块。将危化品安全标准化管理设定的各类安全信息及安全管理内容融入到信息系统管理之中,实现了对安全管理过程中大量积累数据的分析和处理,实时动态地展示工艺、环境、设备、安全、管理状况和员工的危险行为。Based on analysis of 10 elements for standardization management information system of hazardous chemicals industry,the main objectives and the key technical characteristics of the management information system are determined,and the 10 functional modules of the system are established.The various types of safety information and management contents set for safety standardization management of hazardous chemicals are incorporated into the information system management,so that a substantial accumulation of data in safety management can be analyzed and processed.The process,environment,equipment,safety management conditions and dangerous behavior of personnel are displayed dynamically in real-time.
