长骨非骨化性纤维瘤的X线诊断及鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨长骨非骨化性纤维瘤(NOF)的X线影像学特征,提高X线影像诊断水平。材料与方法:回顾性分析32例经病理证实的长骨NOF,所有病例均作X线平片检查,观察病变的形态和结构特征。结果:发生于股骨远侧干骺端19例,胫骨近侧干骺端10例,胫骨远侧干骺端3例,均为单发。病灶多沿患骨的长轴生长,多呈圆形或椭圆形,23例边缘有分叶,28例病灶边缘可见硬化边。结论:熟悉长骨非骨化性纤维瘤的X线影像学特点,对于本病的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要价值。Purpose:To discuss the X-ray characteristic of non-ossifying fibroma(NOF),and improve X-ray diagnostic accuracy.Materials and Methods:Retrospective analysize 32 case of NOF patients with pathologically confirmed,all patients were checked by the X-ray,and observe morphology and structural characteristics of NOF.Results:Occurred in the distal femoral metaphysis 19 cases,proximal tibial metaphysis 10 cases,distal tibia metaphysis 3 cases,all were single lesions.The tumors were round-oral or mild lobular in 23 cases,and the tumors were showed sclemtic borders in 28 cases.Conclusion:Familiar the X-ray imaging characteristics of non-ossifying fibroma is of significant value for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
