摘　　要：对于输尿管梗阻性病变的诊断,X线、B超、CT和MRI各有其特点,如何合理地选用这些检查方法,即能为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的依据,同时又能节省诊疗时间和减轻患者的经济负担,已成为临床十分关注的一个问题。本文通过分析不同影像检查技术的特点,探讨输尿管梗阻性病变的最佳影像学检查方案。For the diagnosis of ureteral obstruction lesions,X-ray,B-USG,CT and MRI have their own characteristics.How to reasonably choose the technique of examination for the diagnosis and treatment providing a reliable basis and saving time and reducing the financial burden of patients,has become an issue of clinical concern.This paper analyzes the characteristics of different imaging techniques to explore the best imaging program in the ureteral obstruction diagnosis.
