正确肘部摄影在儿童肘部损伤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨正确的肘部摄影在儿童肘部损伤中的影像诊断价值。材料与方法:利用北京万东医疗器械公司F52-8C型X线机及上海医疗器械公司XG300D型X线机摄取儿童肘部正侧位照片,对标准照片和非标准照片的阳性X线征像进行配对t检验,做统计学分析。结果:正确的摄影体位、曝光条件及确切的年龄、必要时加摄健侧肘部照片作对比等因素可以明显提高儿童肘部损伤影像诊断正确率,标准照片和非标准照片的阳性X线征像配对t检验,t=3.98,p<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:正确的肘部摄影在儿童肘部损伤的影像诊断中具有重要作用。Purpose:To the right elbow photography in the child on his elbow in the image diagnosis damage.Materials and Methods:use of Beijing WanDong medical equipment company F52-8 C X-ray machine and Shanghai medical equipment company XG300D type X-ray machine intake of elbow is standard children of a side,To standard and the standard of positive Radiography like a matching examine and analyse statistics.Results:the correct radiography postures,radiography conditions and the exact age and,when necessary,take care with the double factors such as elbow photos can improve children's elbow injury video diagnostic,Standards and the standard of positive Radiography as matching t,as t =3.98,p < 0.05 and statistical significance.Conclusion:the correct elbow radiography in children's elbow injury video diagnostic plays an important role.
