摘　　要：目的探讨椎弓根系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的效果.方法采用椎弓根系统内固定治疗单个胸腰椎爆裂骨折37例.结果35例得到平均12个月的随访,后凸角由术前平均28°纠正到术后10°,椎体前缘高度由术前平均40%恢复到术后平均90%,31例获得Frankel分级1～3级以上的改善.结论经椎弓根内固定治疗单个胸腰椎爆裂骨折具有创伤小,固定节段短,操作简单,复位满意,固定可靠等优点,能达到良好的复位、固定及减压目的,是一种治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法.Objective: Study the effect of treatment with transvertebral pedicle internal fixation to the single thoracolumbar vertebral burst fracture (STVBF). Methods: Thirty seven patients with STVBF were received the treatment of transvertebral pedicle internal fixation (TPIF). Results: Thirty five cases had been followed-up for an average of 12 months. The preoperative average kyphotic angles were 28 degrees, and the postoperative were 10 degrees. The preoperative height of the vertebral body was 40 per cent,and the postoperative height was 90 per cent. Thirty one patients had improved obviously by one to three grades according to Frankel' grading. Conclusions: TPIF for patient with STVBF has advantages of less injury, short fixation segment, simple manipulation, satisfied reduction and can attain the good objective of reduction fixation and decompression, which is a effective method to treat TVBF.
