摘　　要：在知识经济时代 ,需要拥有大量适应时代需要的、掌握计算机科学知识的计算机专门人才和应用人才 ,成为衡量一个国家综合国力强弱的标准之一 ,而能否提高计算机及其网络教学质量是制约新型人才的关键。作为直接为社会输送应用人才的高等院校 ,应该在教学实践中把握住时代的脉搏 ,认真探索和努力实践 ,不断探索计算机及其网络教学的改革之路 ,驾教育技术之车加快提高教学质量步伐。The knowledge and economic era is in need of more and more talents in computer technology and practical field, which is one of the standards to judge a country's comprehensive national power. In order to cultivate useful talents for the society directly, higher institutions should keep up with the times to explore and practice the reform of computer and network teaching constantly.
