摘　　要：法律基础课是一门既要进行专业性法律知识教育,又要进行法律与道德思想教育的必修公共基础课,认识该课程的特点,在教学中不断加强教育教学研究,改进教学方法,探索行之有效的、提高大学生法律道德素质的好方法,是我们教师应尽的责职。'Basic Knowledge of Law' is a course for non - law majors. Its content includes not only specialized legal knowledge education but also the ideological education of law and morality. It is duty-bound for teachers to undergo teaching and education research, improve teaching methods. It is also a good method to improve college students' legal and moral characters.
