呼和浩特市蔬菜产业现状及发展对策

摘　　要：蔬菜不仅是人们生活中的重要产品也是农民经济收入的重要来源。由于各种原因,呼和浩特市本地蔬菜供给量呈逐年递减状态,大量的蔬菜需要外调,从而导致蔬菜价格居高不下、供求矛盾突出。本文通过对呼和浩特市蔬菜产业现状进行分析,指出了蔬菜产业中存在的问题,对于如何发展呼和浩特市蔬菜产业提出了部分建议。Vegetables are not only the important products in people's daily life but also an important source of farmers' income.Due to various reasons,the supply of local vegetables in Hohhot is decreasing each year and the vegetable supply mainly depends on other provinces,which leads to high price and obvious supply and demand contradictions.In this paper,the author analyze the current situation of the vegetable industry of Hohhot,point out the problems existed in the vegetable industry and put forward partial suggestions on how to develop the vegetable industry of Hohhot.
