摘　　要：法的价值必然是伦理性价值。法的伦理性价值源于法的道德性本性、法的人性化的本然规定性和法的价值的正义实质。The necessity of law is the ethical value and the law's ethical value is originated from the moral nature of the law and the naturalness Prescriptive of the law's humanity nature as well as the substantive justice of the law's value.
