高校图书馆“学科馆员制度”完善之我见

摘　　要：随着网络信息技术的发展和知识载体的多样化,高校图书馆的馆藏概念得到了拓展,使海量信息与个人需求之间的矛盾日渐突出。高校图书馆推行"学科馆员制度",对缓解这一矛盾将起到一定作用。本文就"学科馆员制度"的产生背景、学科馆员的工作职责、学科馆员的服务内容和方法、完善"学科馆员制度"的措施等几方面进行了探讨。With the development of network information technology and the diversification of knowledge carriers,the library collection concept has been expanded in university libraries,which causes the obvious conflict between the large amount of information and personal demand.It is effective to relieve the conflict for university libraries to implement the discipline librarian system.In this paper,the author probes into the background,the duties,the service content,the methods and the measures of perfecting etc.
