摘  要:比赛选手实战经验少,赛前容易受环境、心理压力等不利因素的影响,导致赛前过度焦虑紧张、反应出不良情绪,不能表现出最佳竟技状态。通过对田径运动员进行心理测试,有针对性地对赛前心理问题进行训练调控,提高运动员焦虑调控的能力,使运动员在比赛中保持良好竟技状态并取得好成绩。实践证明,通过摆正参赛态度以及适当的暗示训练、模拟训练来确定比赛成功的心理定向,能有效地提高运动员对比赛中出现的各种应激事件的应对能力。Due to lack of experiences,athletes is easily under the negative influence of environment and mental stress,which results in excessive anxiety,negative emotions so as not to be at their best. Through psychological test on athletes,we can control their pre-match anxiety,improve their competence in this aspect so that they can main-tain good condition in competition. Practice proves that by using proper attitudes,suitable implication training,imitation training to orientate psychology of success in competition will improve athletes'problem-solving ability to various emergencies in competition effectively.
