摘　　要：通过数字化导管加工与常规导管加工在协调方法、工艺过程、检测方法等方面对比分析,得出数字化导管制造可以缩短制造周期、降低生产成本的结论,能够适应现代飞机快速研制及改型需求,形成现代飞机导管制造核心竞争力。By comparison and analysis of the digital tube manufacturing and conventional tube manufacturing in terms of coordination approaches, technological process and inspection methods and so on, a conclusion that the digital tube manufacturing may shorten the manufacturing cycle time and reduce the production cost is drawn, which can adapt to demands for rapid development and modification of the aircraft so as to form the core competence on the tube manufacturing for the modern aircraft.
