摘　　要：民族民间文化的保护问题是当今国际国内学界十分关注的一个问题 ,也是一个急待解决的问题。民间文化遗产定义及范围在国际上已有了认定和标准 ,在国内一些省区先行制定的地方立法中也作出了示范性规定。应把握民族民间文化的特征。根据我国《民族区域自治法》授予民族自治地区的自治权利 ,我区应在民族民间文化保护立法中处理好几个方面的关系。Nowadays the protection of minority &folk culture has aroused researchers' interests all over the world. The definition and the range of folk culture legacy have been granted and standardized internationally. There are also relevant regulations in some local legislation. According to the autonomous rights granted by ' China's Autonomous Law of the Autonomous Regions', the Inner Mongolia local government should deal with several aspects in the legislation of minority & folk protection.
