摘　　要：职务犯罪是普遍存在于不同类型国家的社会现象。它侵蚀着政党肌体,危及国家政权,毒化社会风气,威胁社会稳定,成为危害社会政治经济生活的一大毒瘤。本文从当前职务犯罪的新特点、原因入手,提出遏制职务犯罪的防范惩治措施。The official crime is a commonly existed social phenomenon in different countries.It is corroding the political party's body,endangering the state power,poisoning social atmosphere,threatening social stabilization and it has become a big malignant tumor which does harm to social political and economic life.In this paper,the authors put forward prevention and punishment measures to restrain the official crime from the views of current official crimes's new features and causes.
