摘 要:目前,公共管理专业学生的公文写作水平无法满足其专业需求,这一方面是与学生的文字表达欠缺有关,另一方面也与教师在教学中没有紧密结合学生所学专业,没有激发起学生的学习兴趣有关。实际上,公共管理专业的学生是最了解公文在社会管理工作中的作用的,也是最能掌握其恰当的表达方式的。通过总结教学实践,笔者认为,在公文写作教学中,教师应该紧紧围绕公共管理专业的优势,引导学生重视公文在社会管理中工具性的发挥,增强写作的主动性与责任感,通过精讲多练,促进学生公文写作水平的提高。At present public management major's document writing ability cannot meet the need for its specialty.It is on one side due to students' deficiency in written expression.On the other side,it is because that teacher dosen't combine to students' specialty and inspire their learning interests.In fact,public management majors know clear the function of document in social management.They are also in urgent need for suitable expression.Through a teaching practice summary,the author believes that in document writing teaching,teacher should center on the advantage of this specialty,instruct students to pay attention to the function role of document in social management,strengthen writing initiative and responsibility and improve students' document writing standard through intensive teaching and extensive practices.
