蒺藜提取物对小鼠睾丸发育影响

摘　　要：目的探讨蒺藜提取物对未性成熟小鼠睾丸发育的影响。方法未性成熟健康雄性小鼠30只,随机分为给药组、对照组A和对照组B,每组10只;实验组每天给390 mg/kg的蒺藜提取物,对照组A、B分别给睾丸酮和等量生理盐水32 mg/kg灌胃;3周后测量小鼠睾丸湿重;制备光镜标本,测量各组生精小管管径(TD)及上皮高度(SEH),同时计数生精上皮细胞数量。结果给药组与对照组A比较,睾丸湿重、TD、SEH和生精上皮细胞数量等数值相近,与对照组B比较,睾丸湿重、TD、SEH和生精上皮细胞数量均增大。结论蒺藜提取物可促进未性成熟小鼠睾丸的发育。Objective To study the influence of Tribulus terrestris extract on the testis development in immature mice.Methods 30 healthy immature male mice were randomly divided into the treatment group,control group A and group B,10 mice in each.The treatment group were administered Tribulus terrestris extract 390 mg/(kg·d),while mice in control group A and B received testosterone 32 mg/kg and NS in equal volume respectively.After 3 weeks,the testis wet weight were measured,optical microscopic samples were prepared,the TD and SEH were measured and the quantity of seminiferous epithelium cell were counted.Results The testis weight,TD,SEH and the quantity of seminiferous epithelium cell in treatment group didn't have statistical significance as compared with control group A,but it had significant difference as compared with control group B.Conclusion Tribulus terrestris extract could promote the development of the testis in immature mice.
