摘 要:目的比较酸浆色素的有机溶剂萃取法及微波辅助萃取法,优化提取工艺。方法采用正交实验,以丙酮为萃取溶剂,以吸光度为主要验证指标,分析各种方法的影响因素及萃取条件,优选酸浆色素的最佳萃取工艺。结果有机溶剂萃取最佳工艺参数:料液比为1∶6,温度为55℃,浸取3 h。微波辅助萃取最佳提取工艺参数为:微波功率为800 W,微波辐射时间为80 s,料液比为1∶8。结论酸浆色素微波辅助萃取效果优于传统的有机溶剂萃取法。Objective To study and compare organic solvent extraction and microwave-assisted extraction of pigment from Physalis alpepengi var.francheti,and optimize the extraction technology.Methods Influence factors and extraction conditions of the two different methods were analyzed to optimize the best extraction technology by orthogonal design,with absorbency being the indicator,acetone being extraction solvent.Results The parameters of organic solvent extraction:The ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶6,temperature was 55 ℃,leached for 3 hours.The parameters of microwave-assisted extraction:Microwave power was 800 W,ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶8,extracted for 80 s.Conclusion The microwave-assisted extraction of pigment from Physalis alpepengi var.francheti was superior to organic solvent extraction.
