摘 要:目的比较三七根和茎叶中三七总皂苷含量。方法以三七总皂苷回收率为指标,设计正交试验,优选硫酸铵/聚乙二醇双液相体系的最优萃取条件,在最优条件下用香草醛/高氯酸比色法分别测定三七根和茎叶中三七总皂苷的含量。结果硫酸铵/聚乙二醇双液相最优萃取条件为聚乙二醇分子量6 000,聚乙二醇浓度24%,硫酸铵浓度12%,pH值2.5,有较高的分配系数7.45,回收率82.4%。此条件下测得三七根和茎叶中三七总皂苷含量分别为11.24%和12.98%。结论三七茎叶在某些方面可作为三七根的替代资源,可为合理开发利用三七资源提供依据。Objective To compare the content of total saponins in Panpax Notoginseng roots and leaves.Methods Recovery rate was used as indicator to design orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction conditions of total saponins in aqueous two-phase systems(ATPS) with polyethylene glycol(PEG) and ammonium sulfate.The content of total saponins in Panpax Notoginseng roots and leaves was detected by colorimetry with vanillin and perchlorate under the optimum extraction condition.Results The optimum extraction condition of ATPS was 24% PEG 6 000,12%(NH4)2SO4,pH 2.5 and maximum partition coefficient was 7.45.The recovery rate of total saponins in Panpax Notoginseng was 82.4%.The contents of of total saponins in Panpax Notoginseng in oots and leaves were 11.24% and 12.98%.Conclusion The Panpax Notoginseng leaves could be used as a substitutive resource of Panpax Notoginseng roots in some ways.The results could provide the basis for rational development and utilization of resources of Panax Notoginseng.
