摘 要:目的通过对Ⅱ型糖尿病足病的临床资料及直接数字化成像(DR)表现,进一步探讨糖尿病足病的发病机制。方法对70例临床确诊的Ⅱ型糖尿病足病的临床资料、DR表现及有关文献进行回顾性分析。结果 70例糖尿病足病患者发病部位均在患足趾跖部。主要临床表现是经久不愈的顽固性溃疡和糖尿病性骨坏疽;骨质疏松、骨质破坏是其最重要的DR表现。结论 DR检查既能基本反映糖尿病足大体病理改变和全程监控其发展状况,又能结合超声检查、临床表现有效的降低糖尿病足致残率。Objective To explore pathogenesis of foot diseases in type Ⅱdiabetes by analyzing clinical materials and DR manifestations.Methods Retrospective analysis was made to study clinical materials and DR manifestations and related materials of 70 cases of foot diseases in type Ⅱ diabetes.Results The disease occurred mainly on zhi phalanx in the 70 cases and main clinical manifestations were stubborn ulcer and osteoporosis,ossein destruction was the most important DR manifestations.Conclusion DR test not only could reflect the pathological changes of diabetic foot in type Ⅱ diabetes and monitor its development,but decrease disability rate caused by diabetes in combination with ultrasonic testing and clinical manifestations.
