摘 要:基于Rosenthal的移动线热源模型,通过与高速摄像对焊接过程中熔池特征量的测量结果对比,获得了YAG激光全熔透焊接304不锈钢时熔池特征量及温度场分布的预测模型。结果表明,在一定热输入范围内,计算与试验结果符合得很好,但当热输入使熔透焊接过程处于过度熔化和临界熔透时,计算值与试验值的偏差会变大。A theoretical model used to predict features of the molten pool and temperature distribution for YAG laser full penetration welding of 304 stainless steel is achieved. The model is based on moving line source model and with the aid of experimental data which are measured by a highspeed video camera. The investigation results show that the calculated results conform well to experimental results when the heat inputs are in a certain range. The differences between the calculated and measured features of the molten pool become large in threshold penetration welding and excessive penetration welding.
