摘  要:文章从传质机理、操作条件和稳定性三个方面对中空纤维支撑液膜提溴过程和气态膜法提溴过程进行了对比研究。结果表明:与气态膜法相比,中空纤维支撑液膜过程在传质性能上不占优势;中空纤维支撑液膜提溴过程传质性能随原料液pH值、吸收液浓度、原料液和吸收液流量等操作条件的变化与气态膜法呈现出一致规律,但其传质性能随温度的变化比气态膜过程要缓和得多,说明中空纤维支撑液膜提溴过程在较低温度下具有技术优势;经长期使用,两种膜过程膜丝的接触角都仍然保持在较高水平,具有良好的稳定性,可以长期稳定运行。Comparative research on bromine extraction process by liquid membrane and solid membrane which are both supported by hollow fiber f is carried out from three aspects: mass transfer mechanism,operation conditions and stability.The results show that the gas membrane is better than the liquid membrane in mass transfer performance.The mass transfer performance of liquid membrane changes with the pH value of raw material,concentration of stripping solution,flux of raw material and stripping solution etc.The same rule happens in the gas membrane except its mass transfer performance changes moderately with the change of temperature.It shows that the liquid membrane supported by hollow fiber is excellent in low temperature.The contact angles of the two kinds of membrane maintain in high level after long term use.So,both of the membrane has good stability and can be operated with long time.
