摘　　要：TorkBuster扭力冲击发生器是联合金刚石公司的一项新产品,是针对某些地区地层岩石研磨性强,可钻性差,存在高压气层,机械钻速低等技术难点研发的钻井技术。TorkBuster扭力冲击器在全球各样岩层中已经得到检验。作为一项相对较新型的技术,自2000年提出构想至今已经经历了超过3 000次运行,表现良好。从破岩机理设计,内部流体流向,组合方法,到外壳的整体几何形态,整个工具都经过了仔细调整设计,保证满足井下的各样钻进需求。TorkBuster扭力冲击器紧凑的长度和设计,保证对钻具组合特性影响甚微,在转动、定向、钻进以及转向控制应用方面性能卓越。TorkBuster torsional impactor,a new well drilling tool of united diamond company,has been developed to overcome the technical difficulties,such as strong formation abrasiveness,poor drillability,high-pressure gas reservoir,low ROP and so on.TorkBuster torsional impactor has been tested in various rocks all over the world.As a relative new technology,it has already applied more than 3 000 times and has gained well results since 2000.From the aspects of rock breaking mechanism design,internal flow,combination method and integral geometry of the casing,the tool has been carefully designed to meet various needs of downhole drilling.Compact length design of TorkBuster torsional impactor can ensure little effect on the BHA properties,and has outstanding performance in rolling,directional drilling as well as steering control.
