镇泾油田注水系统防腐阻垢研究与应用

摘　　要：针对镇泾油田采油污水回注系统腐蚀结垢的严重情况,分析了回注系统的水质及管道结垢成分,明确了其腐蚀结垢原因。通过室内实验筛选出的缓蚀阻垢剂PBTCA最适合镇泾油田现场水质防腐阻垢。在药剂质量浓度20 mg/L时,能同时实现对腐蚀与结垢的有效控制。Aiming at the serious fact of corrosion and scale problems of produced water reinjection system in Zhenjing oilfield,water quality in the reinjection system and composition of scale in the pipeline were analyzed,and reasons to result in the corrosion and scale were found out.Then suitable corrosion and scale inhibitor PBTCA was screened out by laboratory experiments.When concentration of the reagent was 20 mg/L,corrosion and scale problems can be controlled simultaneously and efficiently.
