摘  要:采用低温湿法由自制的高纯氢氧化锶和碳酸钠制取高纯碳酸锶,本工艺主要对反应温度、反应物浓度、碳酸钠的流速等因素进行了初步摸索。结果表明:反应温度在90℃左右,氢氧化锶的浓度10%(质量分数)左右,碳酸钠溶液的浓度18%左右,碳酸钠溶液的流速为10 mL·min-1时,制取的高纯碳酸锶不需要高温灼烧就能达到分析纯指标,含量达99.93%,产品一次性合格率高。High purity strontium carbonate was prepared from self-made high-purity strontium hydroxide and sodium carbonate by wet method under low temperature.Effects of reaction temperature,concentration of reactants and carbonation flow rate on this process were discussed.The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is about 90 ℃,the concentration of strontium hydroxide is about 10% by weight,the concentration of sodium carbonate is about 18% by weight,and velocity of sodium carbonate solution is 10 mL/min.The purity of strontium carbonate prepared by this experiment without high temperature calcination can reach 99.93%,up to the related standard.And one-time passing rate of product is high.
