摘  要:有机染料已经成为中国地表环境中重要的一大类有机污染源。本文采用UV-Vis/草酸铁/H2O2高级氧化技术处理非水溶性染料废水,考察了不同反应体系、反应时间、无机盐、表面活性剂等因素对分散棕S-2BL氧化降解的影响。研究结果表明,在pH=3.5±0.5,温度25℃±0.5时,光照2小时条件下,质量浓度为50 mg/L的分散棕S-2BL染料溶液氧化降解脱色率最高可达到80%以上,TOC可降低50%左右,该反应符合假一级动力学反应。无机盐与表面活性剂均对分散染料的氧化降解脱色具有不同程度的抑制作用,其中氯化钠的影响较大。Organic dyes had become one of important pollution sources for surface environment of China.The UV-Vis/Ferrioxalate/H2O2 process was employed for the treatment of wastewater containing non-water soluble dyes.The effects of different systems,reaction time,inorganic salts and surfactants on oxidative degradation of Disperse Brown S-2BL were investigated.The results showed that in the conditions of pH 3.5±0.5,25±0.5 ℃,Disperse Brown S-2BL with a concentration of 50 mg/L was decolorized up to 80%,and the TOC was reduced to about 50% in 2 hours.The decolorization reaction of disperse dye followed pseudo-first order kinetics.Inorganic salts and surfactants could limit decoloration of the disperse dye to some extent,and sodium chloride showed stronger influence on decoloration.
