摘  要:本文对活性黄M-3RE合成过程中的重氮化、偶合反应的影响因素如反应摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间进行了优化,在此基础上重点探讨了聚乙二醇的用量及其分子量对偶合产物纯度及产率的影响。结果表明,重氮化最优条件为:K酸与NaNO2摩尔比为1∶1.06、反应时间为1小时、反应温度为7℃。偶合最优条件为:K酸与间脲基苯胺的摩尔比为1∶1.006、反应pH为5~5.5、反应温度为5℃。在偶合反应中加入聚乙二醇,使偶合产物的纯度和产率都不同程度的提高;当K酸与PEG800的摩尔比为1∶0.01时,其纯度及产率分别达到97.4%、88.7%。The influencing factors such as molar ratio,reaction temperature and time of diazotization and coupling reaction in synthesis of Reactive Yellow M-3RE were optimized.Then,the effects of molecular weight and dosage of polyethylene glycol on the purity and yield of coupling product were studied.The results indicated that the optimum diazotization was that:the molar ratio of K-acid and NaNO2 was 1∶1.06,reaction time was 1h,reaction temperature was 7℃;the optimized coupling reaction parameter was that:the molar ratio of K-acid and(3-aminophenyl)-urea was 1∶1.006,pH was 5~5.5,reaction temperature was 5℃.It was found that the purity and yield of the coupling product increased after PEG was added in the coupling reaction.The purity and yield of the coupling product was 97.4%,88.7%,respectively when the molar ratio of K-acid and PEG800 was 1∶0.01.
