无醛固色剂ZL-80在棉纤维轧染染色中的应用研究

摘　　要：应用无醛固色剂ZL-80对直接染料、活性染料在棉纤维轧染的固色中进行了试验。经对固色后各项色牢度、色差的分析及手感的比较,找到最佳固色工艺。固色后棉织物的各项色牢度值得到了提高,特别是提高了直接染料的皂洗牢度及活性染料的耐晒和耐氯色牢度,且手感和色光变化甚微。该固色工艺的固色温度不高,小于120℃,消耗热能少,有利于节能。Formaldehyde-free fixing agent ZL-80 was employed in cotton fiber pad dyeing fixation which dyed with direct dyes or reactive dyes.The optimum process was obtained by comparing color fastnesses after fixation,color deviation and hand feeling.The color fastnesses of fixed cotton fabrics increased,especially for the improvement of soaping fastness of direct dyes and for the improvement of fastnesses to light and chlorine of reactive dyes.The hand feeling and shade hardly changed.The temperature of the fixation process was not high,less than 120℃;the heat energy consumption was less and it was beneficial to energy saving.
