摘　　要：随着热改的不断深入,冷量作为一种商品也开始引起人们的重视。从水侧和风侧两个角度对冷量的计量进行分析,借鉴热计量的经验,将结算点计量到楼层,末端分摊的方式更具有可实施性,从设计开始做好冷量计量及能源管理的准备工作。With the deepening of the reform of heat-metering,cold as a commodity has begun to attract much attention.Analyze the cooling-metering in two angles from the water side wind side.Learn the experience of heat metering,setting the cooling settle-ment site to the floor,which can improve the feasibility of measurementthe.At the design stage,make good preparations for energy management and cooling metering
