基于层次分析法的城市安全评价方法研究

摘　　要：本文提出了城市安全评价和指标体系构建的必要性和可行性,对城市安全评价方法和指标体系的构建进行了若干探讨。因城市安全影响因素多,而评价信息具有模糊性特点,本文引入AHP层次分析法建立城市安全评价模型,找出城市安全的关键危险因素;设置了城市安全系数这一目标层指标;并根据城市安全各个影响因素的层次关系,建立了9个准则层指标和52个方案层单项指标;确定了城市安全评价指标体系的多级指标;并运用matlab软件求出了几个指标的指标权重,构建了基于层次分析法的城市安全方法分析模型,以期为城市安全评价和安全评价理论的丰富做出贡献。This paper proposed the necessity and feasibility of the urban safety evaluation and the index system,and made some discussion about the urban safety evaluation methods and indicators.Because there are so many influencing factors of urban safety,and the evaluation of the information is fuzzy,this paper introduced the key risk factors for AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process to establish the urban safety assessment model;set up the urban safety factor as the target level indicator.Based on the hierarchy of the various factors of the urban safety,this paper established 9 indicators of the rule layer and 52 program layer single indexs;fixed urban safety evaluation index system of multilevel indicators system;using the matlab software,calculated the index weight of the indicators,built up the urban security method based on AHP analysis model,in order to make contribution for the theory of urban safety assessment and safety evaluation.
