摘　　要：在上篇对政法干警招录培养体制改革所涉及的两个主要内容进人机制和育人机制讨论的基础上,本文对另两个主要内容就业制度和保障机制进行了探讨,并结合刑事科学技术学科建设与发展的具体情况,针对性地提出:坚持适度规模的公安、司法高等学历教育不动摇;调整警察教育集中与分散相结合管理体制的结构与布局;建立、健全政法干警教育培训体系;建立终身化、网络化、开放化、自主化的警察教育体制等应对措施。本文还对政法干警招录培养体制的改革远景进行了初步构想。The antecedent paper discussed two main aspects involved in the organizational reformation of recruiting and training political-legal officers as the mechanism for recruiting and the education.In this paper,it has a discussion about another two aspects as the system of employment and the security mechanism.Combining with the specific conditions of the development and construction of criminal scientific technology,it proposes to adhere to higher academic education of police and judicial in appropriate scale unswervingly;adjust the structure and layout of police education management system of combining centralization and decentralization,develop and perfect the system of training and educating political-legal officers;build life-long,networking,open and independent police education mechanism.This paper makes a preliminary conception of the reform prospect of this reformation.
