摘　　要：本文分析了当前社会单位建筑消防设施监管难题,构建了建筑消防设施信息数据库,逐一为设有消防设施的建筑建立户籍电子档案,基于业界先进的Ruby on Rails开发框架和开放性关联数据库管理系统MySQL开发了"社会单位建筑消防设施管理系统",实现了底数清、责任明、隐患动态监管、质量源头追溯、廉政风险预警等功能,提供了有针对性的建筑消防设施管理难题破解思路。Current supervision problem of fire facilities of buildings of social unit was analyzed.Information database of fire facilities of buildings was constructed.Electronic archive of fire facilities of buildings was established one by one.Management system of fire facilities of buildings was developed based on Ruby on Rails which is an advanced development framework and MySQL which is an open relational database management system.The function of grasping the situation,knowing the responsibility,dynamic regulating hazard,tracing back to quality problem,early warning corruption risk and etc was realized.Solution of the supervision problem of fire facilities of buildings was provided specially.
