摘 要:近年来,随着城市监控报警联网系统建设的深入开展,视频监控资源已成为公安机关预防和打击违法犯罪活动的关键。但是,视频监控系统在建设、维护和管理方面仍存在一定的问题亟待解决。本文从影响摄像机监控效能的关键指标入手,研究摄像机在理想条件下的成像模型,并借助OpenGL开发工具,设计、实现了监控摄像机三维仿真效能评估平台。该平台能够真实地仿真摄像机的防护区域和成像效果,在优化视频监控系统的技术设计、检验系统的运行防护效能方面发挥了重要作用。In recent years,with the construction and development of metropolitan area monitoring and alarming network system,video surveillance resources have been exerting a powerful influence over preventing and fighting criminal activities.However,there are still some issues to be solved in the process of building,maintaining,and managing video surveillance system.Firstly,factors which have a negative impact on performance of surveillance camera were examined.Then the imaging model of camera under ideal conditions was analyzed.Last but not least,an evaluation platform of 3D simulation of surveillance camera was designed and developed based on OpenGL library.This software can simulate protection zone and imaging results,and has an important role in optimizing technical design and reviewing protection effectiveness of video surveillance system.
