重点客货运驾驶人短信服务平台设计研究

摘　　要：近年来,重点客货运机动车事故频发,给人民生命财产造成了巨大的危害。究其原因,主要还是重点客货运驾驶人安全意识淡薄及管理部门管理手段不足。重点客货运驾驶人短信服务平台通过研究交通管理信息共享和发布技术,实现公安机关交通管理部门向重点客货运企业及其驾驶人实时发布交通违法和事故、恶劣天气、道路通行、交通安全宣传等信息及接收处理群众监督举报信息工作目标,为提高客货运驾驶人道路交通安全提供切实有效的交通管理技术手段。In recent years,road traffic accidents of passenger and freight transport vehicle occur frequently,which caused great harm to people's lives and property.The main reason is weak safety consciousness of key drivers of passenger and freight transport and lack of management means.Through the study of traffic management information sharing and publishing technology,Traffic Management Department of public security organ can provide real-time information about traffic violations and accidents,bad weather,road traffic,traffic safety propaganda and deal with masses report.it would provide effective traffic management technology to ensure the road traffic safety of passenger and freight drivers.
