摘　　要：运用AB CompactLogix系列PLC,EMERSON Mentor MP系列直流调速器和AB PowerFlex 700系列变频器,基于DeviceNet网络的现场总线共同组成生产线自动控制系统,运用EtherNet网络实现PLC与触摸屏之间的数据传输,实现了系统监控与数据设置等人机交换功能。整条生产线自动化水平高,系统运行稳定,操作流程简便,系统安全保障全面。The production line automatic control system was composed of the AB CompactLogix series PLC,EMERSON Mentor MP series dc governor and AB PowerFlex series 700 frequency converter,field bus based on DeviceNet network.EtherNet network was used to realize data transfer between PLC and touch screen to realize system monitoring and data set.The whole production line automation level is high;the system runs stably,operation process is simple.
